Short afternoon workout

I kept it simple today. Biked 30 minutes at an intense pace and then followed it up with a quick one-mile run. After that, I did some light lifting, working primarily on my back and shoulders. Didn't want to press myself to hard at the start of the week. Nothing else new to report.

Total distance: 8.8 miles cycling, 1 mile running
