Jen and I were in a hurry today, because we are going camping with her family for a few days. I wanted to get one last workout in, just in case I don't end up doing anything while we are up there. The good thing is, it's near Causey Reservoir, so perhaps on Saturday when we leave, I can get a nice long swim in.
I just did the bike and some light weightlifting today. I ended up working particularly hard on my legs, trying to strengthen that damn knee.
