I don't feel like writing much today. The cold weather deterred me from going to Pineview again this morning, so I went to the pool for a short swim. I'm trying to keep my shoulders fresh for Saturday's race, so today's swim was short and sweet.

I'll probably go once more this week for a very short swim, just to keep my shoulders active, but no real workouts. Maybe I'll do a good bike session tomorrow.
