Gonna make it short today. My shoulder is still sore from Tuesday's weightlifting and push-up session, so I put off my swim for one more day. I have no choice but to swim tomorrow if I want to get my third swim in this week. However, I rode the stationary bike for 50 minutes today and got my sweat on. I wish I could have been in the pool, but at least this was something.
